Philadelphia say it happened just before 11 on Kensington Avenue right near D and Somerset streets. The witnesses of the incident told news out lets the man had robbed a store on Kensington Avenue. **** As the tourist season starts, the Philadelphia Federal Reserve bank is getting ready to re-open its exhibit on money. Philly Fed President Anna Paulson says the exhibit is designed to appeal to wide range of visitors, The exhibit is free and includes a souvenir bag of shredded money. It opens June 4th. **** On this Memorial Day weekend, officials in Camden County want you to know about some free legal services for military service members, veterans, and their families. The Veterans Will Clinic is a free service for military service members and vets, as well as their families, to set up a living will or power of attorney to get their legal affairs in order.**** The daughter of Civil Rights legend Malcolm X was at the African American Museum in Old City last night for a discussion on her new book focused on her father’s journey. The book is her take on Malcolm X’s spiritual transformation after leaving the Nation of Islam and setting out on a pilgrimage to Mecca, Saudi Arabia. A man and woman who allegedly organized a "pop-up" party that ended with violence nearly a year ago in Glassboro have been indicted on charges of inciting a riot. KYW's John McDevitt reports on this. It’s a busy day out on the roads as many people are heading down to the shore for the unofficial start of summer. KYWs Tim Jimenez has more from the Farley Service Plaza. A 69-year-old Philadelphia man pleaded guilty Thursday to driving under the influence and striking and killing a bicyclist in South Philadelphia. KYW's John McDevitt reports on this. The city announced a new sponsor for the Philadelphia Marathon – the retirement investment firm TIAA. But the sponsorship wasn’t the only news. KYW’s Matt Coughlin has more.

Patients of Rittenhouse dental clinic urged to get tested for hepatitis, HIV

State officials have shut down a Rittenhouse Square dental practice, saying it posed a clear and immediate risk to public health and the city is recommending patients get tested for hepatitis and HIV. KYW’s city hall bureau chief Pat Loeb has more. One member of the Pagan Motorcycle Club who was accused of sparking a shoot-out with a rival gang in a West Norriton Wawa parking lot has been found not guilty, while two others are found not guilty of the most serious charges, but are guilty of some lesser counts. KYW suburban bureau chief Jim Melwert reports on this. Workers at five Philadelphia hotels are threatening to walk out during the FIFA World Cup if their employers don’t meet their contract demands. KYW's Vik Raghupathi tells us they’re looking for the same contract recently won by employees at three other hotels in the city. SEPTA says it's losing money because Philadelphia school students aren't tapping their fare cards at the gate. We get the story from KYW education reporter Mike DeNardo.
